  6. It's of Yakumi (condiments) of your choice.
  7. You need of *e.g. Shiso, Wasabi, Spring Onion, Toasted Sesame Seeds, etc.

  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Mirin.

  3. Half fill a bowl with freshly cooked rice, cover with the Toasted Nori and place marinated fish pieces on top. Place some finely sliced Shiso or chopped Spring Onion, and/or other condiments of your choice and enjoy..
